HOME and CDBG: Working Together to Create Affordable Housing is one of a series of model program guides published by the Office of Affordable Housing Programs of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The model program guide series provides technical assistance and guidance on HOME Program implementation to participating jurisdictions. Model program guides are available to the public at no cost.
